Job Summary:
Under the general direction of the Clinical Nurse Director or their designee, in accordance with the objectives, policies, and procedures of the nursing department and established professional standards, provides total nursing care to patients of all ages appropriate to unit. Effectively interacts with patients, healthcare members, while maintaining standards of professional nursing. Cross trains for charge in two units of OGN service.

Education and Experience:
Diploma from an accredited school of nursing. Current licensure in NYS. Current certification in CPR, Completion of IV Therapy, Pharmacology, Neonatal Resuscitation, CARE/EFM and CBE Courses within first year of employment. One year Medical/Surgical experience preferred. Unit specific orientation to all areas of Women’s Services including Labor Room, Nursery, and Post-Partum.
Working Conditions:
RN- Current licensure in NYS. Current certification in CPR. Unit specific orientation.
Pay Range: $42.00/hr
Employee salary is based on commensurate experience and other qualifications.
